Here's two more earlier pictures of the girls. I've been meaning to post these for awhile, and just never got around to it.

The girls are doing much better now. Their fevers are almost gone and they have much more energy. Lori came down with the flu much worse than the twins did. She's looking forward to a quiet weekend at home.

Everyone in my house is either sick or has been sick. Somehow I brought the flu bug into our home and now Lori and the girls have it. I'm getting over it, but I feel bad that I gave it to everyone else. Plus, it ruined our Thanksgiving Day plans...they've been postponed until Saturday and Sunday. Lately, the girls are extra-cuddly, being sick and just wanting to be held. That's the nice part of taking care of them while they're sick.

On another note, the girls are getting around pretty good now. Both of them stand when they want to, and are beginning to walk around while holding onto large items (like the footstool or the couch).

Last Sunday, we took the girls to see Santa. I have the picture, but I'm saving it for the Christmas season. The girls did okay. Neither one cried when put on Santa's lap. They were more overwhelmed by the mall and all of the people and decorations.

Well, don't eat too much today. Happy Thanksgiving!

Here are some photos from the girls' latest photo shoot. Two of the best are at the top, while I've put some of the outtakes down below.

You'll see from the outtakes that Lillie is quite the ham. Grace took the whole event in stride, even when Lillie became obsessed with Gracie's ear (see the first picture below). Their next professional photo shoot is in six months, when they turn 1 year old. I can't wait.

The twins got all dressed up for their first Halloween Friday night. Gracie was the brave little lion, while Lillie was the talented tiger. We only went to two places, but we were warmly received at both of them. The girls did score a couple bags of candy for their parents, who haven't been trick-or-treating in about 25 years or so.

By the way, the girls wanted to say "Happy Birthday" to their cousin, Allison, who celebrated her 10th birthday on Thursday.
